EHS COORDINATOR
Key Responsibilities
* Assist the EHS leader, and the EHS & SR department as a whole,
in the arranging of reports internal HIPL, SEA Office, Head Office and
government authorities including MIGAS, BPMIGAS, DPE, LH, DISHUB,
DEPNAKER and PEMDA
* Provide EHS technical assistance to the EHS leader regarded as
focal point for all EHS issues relating to the Company and associated
Contractors
* EHSMS roll out/Socialization and implementation with the EHS
leader Indonesia to Operations and Management. Ensure it is implemented,
inspected and audited
* Ensure Company practices comply and procedures embody current
Indonesian EHS legislation/ International standard. Prepare, implement
and monitor HIPL EHS Management Plan include Inspection, evaluation all
reporting of EHS performance/ statistics
* Assist EHS Indonesia and SEA leader during the internal audit
and gap analysis of the EHSMS for HIPL and assists them to plan the
actions required to close out the corrective actions
Requirements
* 8 years experience of EHS issues mainly Safety found in
Indonesia with major in oil and gas industry, with 3 years in Safety
inspections, EHSMS implementations and audit
* Proven experience in EHS Risk Assessments (Good understanding of
risk assessment techniques), HAZOP, HAZID, JSA, Modern Safety
Management, ISO 14 000/EMS standard
* 3 years experience as EHS or Safety internal auditor and trainer
* Past experience of working with both national and foreign
personnel
* Familiar with all national or oil and gas reporting system and
format
