JOB SCOPE
Reporting to People Development Superintendent and Human Resource
Manager and will be responsible to supervise, implement, and evaluate
People Development Program and strategies in order to achieve
business objectives.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Supervising the implementation of Foreman Development Program
including training and development of foreman candidates
Developing employee survey administration and information system to
enhance survey process and analysis
Developing training system including Training Needs Analysis and
training administration

QUALIFICATIONS:
Male/Female
Age between 28-35 years old
Min S1 Degree in Psychology
Experience at least 3 years in the field of people development
Good knowledge in psychological assessment and capable to conduct
training and counseling (Preferably has accomplished Certification
Program)
Strong leadership and analytical thinking
Excellent in both interpersonal and communication skill
Dynamic, creative, fast learner and highly motivated person
Fluent in both written and oral English and computer literate
Willing to be relocated at Tembagapura Division, Papua
