Main Responsibilities :
· Involve in activities concerning development,
implementation and administration of HR practices, policies and programs
typical areas include employment, compensation and benefits,
development, manpower planning, employee relations and human resource
information system.
· Administers effective compensation programs; coordinates
the planning and administration of employee benefits.
· Develop and implement employee and management development
activities and programs.
· Manage recruitment activities interviews and
recommends qualified candidates; ensures new hires are successfully
integrated; establishes and maintains relationship with universities and
external professional recruiters.
Requirements & Qualification:
Indonesian, male/ female aged 28-36, Master / S-2 Degree in Management,
Law, Psychology (minimum graduate of S-1 degree) from reputable overseas
/ local university.
· 6-7 years working experience with at least 3+ years
administration experience at a senior level with MNC USA / European
Information Technology or Business Solution company / management
consulting company.
· Deep experience in/exposures in Industrial Relation,
Manpower Regulation, Employee Communication, Manpower Planning,
Recruitment, Performance Management, Knowledge Management, Employee
Retention Program, Compensation & Benefits Management.
· Good communication skills: presentation/ facilitation,
verbal communication, writing & listening
· High level of PC skills with proficiency in Microsoft
office: Word, Powerpoint, Excel.
· Proven high level organization and time management skills
and ability to work under pressure.
· Team player with ability to use initiative and make
decisions where applicable.
· Confidentiality and diplomacy, and the ability to maintain
an unbiased view.

action to address them so that efforts are successful.
