Our client is the global leader in automotive interior systems, building control and power solutions. Due to tremendous growth in Indonesia, the company are seeking a motivated and energetic professional to drive business and oversee the sales department as:

SALES MANAGER

Key responsibilities:

a.. Responsible for the management and execution of sales & marketing plans to effectively penetrate, develop and grow the markets of air conditioning business in Indonesia so as to achieve both sales and profit objectives
b.. Develop and expand the customer base to increase future business opportunities in Indonesia
c.. Promote ESG products to all key accounts
d.. Lead and manage ESG sales team, monitor and ensure sales team achieve and maintain high level of customer satisfactions
e.. Manage and strengthen relationship with sales representatives/ dealers, distributors, contractors and consultants (incl. handling complaints)
f.. Establish and maintain high level contacts with key customers, providing close sales supports to customers
g.. Organize promotional events, e.g. seminar, conference & exhibition
h.. Personal sales of equipment/services to customers, incl. clarify system design focusing on features & benefits
i.. Preparing and revising of costing and quotations, incl. tenders participation
j.. Preliminary design of air conditioning system, customized to customer needs
k.. Conduct market intelligence - competitor activities, pricing and market trends
l.. Participate in assigned work process & product knowledge improvement activities
Key requirements:
a.. At least 5 years of experience in the HVAC, Building Automation or Mechanical Construction with proven sales track record
b.. Min. Bachelor Degree in Mechanical or equivalent
c.. Sound knowledge in business development and account management
d.. Able to handle multiple priorities and tasks, self-motivated and aggressive
e.. Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills
f.. Good command in English both oral and written is prerequisite
