Our client is the global leader in automotive interior systems, building control and power solutions. Due to major expansion and strong presence in Indonesia, the company is currently seeking dynamic, highly motivated individual to join force as:

Service Manager

Key responsibilities:
a.. Manage entire team of service personnel in providing distinctive services support in repair, maintenance, projects, enhancements, retrofits, HVAC system solutions and parts to satisfy customers’ needs
b.. Identify and organize marketing and promotion, including seminar, conference, exhibition and any form events that benefits the business performance
c.. Identify and establish successor program planning and development plans for each service personnel to maximize potentials to the organization
d.. Maintain constant field intelligence and feedback pertinent information on competitors activities, product, prices, business performance and promotional programmes
e.. Optimize the replenishment and inventory turn for service related parts and components at all times

Key Requirements:
a.. Male, between 30 - 40 years of age
b.. Min. Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or relevant industry experience
c.. At least 8 years of experience in HVAC industry
d.. Experience in managing team, leading change and business financial skills
e.. Good communication, analytical, organizing & relationship management skills
f.. Must be a proactive team player and able to lead sales team
g.. Knowledge in financial statements and reporting
h.. Fluent in English both written and spoken, Mandarin speaking is preferable
