We are currently looking to employ a Marine Specialist and a Gas
Marketing Customer Relations/Account Officer as direct contract
employees. The successful candidates must satisfy the following
general requirements:

Excellent communication and presentation skills
MARINE SPECIALIST (MAR)
Education:
Minimum: Chief Mate Oceangoing certificated (ANTII), preferably Master
Mariner with IMO Certificates
Experience
10 years work experience in marine operations, preferably including
2-3 years in the oil & gas industry, with a good knowledge of ISPS
Code, lifting procedure & vessel inspections
Other requirements:
Good interpersonal skills
Good team leadership
Good negotiating skills
Good knowledge required in Marine standards certification &
classification as per Indonesian government regulations and IMO;
understanding of Sea Com regulations (National & International)
Able to define/develop required scope of work of vessels (FSO/FPSO
and supporting vessels)
Able to carry out safety analysis & risk assessment of marine operations
Able to ensure efficiency and optimization of vessels operations
Able to mentor & coach new staff and junior technical marine engineers
Able to make marine operations procedure
CUSTOMER RELATIONS/ACCOUNT OFFICER (CR/AO)
Education:
S1 Degree from a reputable local/overseas university in any discipline
Experience:
Minimum 3 years work experience in the oil & gas industry, or 4 years
work experience in other industry, including 2 years work experience
as an account executive or in public relations
Other requirements:
Relationship building
Impact and influence
Teamwork and cooperation
Good knowledge of gas product industry
Able to work efficiently, effectively, and independently
Able to produce regular reports
