Minimum Diploma-3 graduate in Engineering with maximum age of 28 years:

creative attitudes, capable of shouldering heavy responsibility and
excellent communication skills
4 years Familiar with Directional/ Horizontal Drilling in
onshore/offshore operation as Driller/Mud Logger/Mud Engineer/Surveyor
Excellent command of English
