We are seeking qualified candidates for the following position in
Jakarta Office:

DISCIPLINE LEAD – ELECTRICAL

Responsible for study, design, specification and services related to
electrical and electronic systems including power generation,
transmission and distribution, power systems performance and control,
cabling and wiring, lighting, motor control centers, communications
systems, cathodic protection, grounding lightning protection, heat
tracing etc. Under broad direction, supervises and leads a group of
engineers. Provides technical direction over a group and is
responsible for employee performance appraisals and for coaching and
developing lower level professionals. Plans, budgets, organize, and
control an important segment of a very extensive and highly
diversified engineering program or an entire engineering program of
moderate scope. Job role is responsible for a measurable asset such as
an assigned staff and budget.

SPECIFIC QUALIFICATIONS :
• Minimum 10 years in a technical role related experience with average
experience of 15+ years.
• Solid experience in Electronic system design project and business
development experience.

DISCIPLINE LEAD - CIVIL/STRUCTURAL

Responsible for study, design, specification and services of
transportation systems (road, rail, airport, seaport), bridges,
infrastructure, drainage, underground utilities, hydrology/hydraulic s,
water treatment and distribution, wastewater collection and treatment,
water resources and raw water supply, tunnels, geotechnical design,
and other civil engineering works. Responsible for design,
specification and services related to structures and foundations made
of concrete, steel, wood, or engineered products for structures,
platforms, bridges, pipe racks, buildings, etc. Under broad direction,
supervises and leads a group of engineers. Provides technical
direction over a group and is responsible for employee performance
appraisals and for coaching and developing lower level professionals.

experience of 15+ years and a high knowledge of the civil/structural
engineering industry.
• Solid experience in the design evaluation and reporting on
transportation systems and services related to structures and
foundations made of concrete, steel, wood, or engineered products for
structures, platforms, bridges, pipe racks, buildings.

GENERAL QUALIFICATIONS:
• Bachelor or Master degree in Electrical and Civil Engineering from
reputable Universities
• Solid experience in the management, supervision of staff and
experience in marketing/ business acquisition is highly regarded.
• Prior overseas experience highly regarded.
• Hold a certification as a Licensed / Chartered Professional Engineer.
• Good command of both written & spoken English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Good Leadership & Communication Skills, Interpersonal Skills and
willing to work as a team.
• Good HSE awareness and trustworthy.
• These positions are also open to Expatriates.
