We are currently looking for a number of:

1. Java Aviation Operation

Key responsibilities:
• Manages, coordinates, integrates and monitors all aviation operation
and technical transportation resources and expertises, both internally
or externally, to ensure the achievement of high safety standard and
cost effectiveness of aviation and technical within Java Performance Unit.
• Report to Marine/Aviation Team Leader.

Requirements:
• Minimum BS degree or equivalent in engineering, with experience in
general aviation background, operation end control of helicopters and
maintaining fixed wing & helicopters, or oil and gas related
discipline is preferred.
• A Good command of both oral and written English.
• Good computer literacy with MS Excel and MS Word.
• Proven analytical skill.

2. Operation Superintendent

Key responsibilities:
• Report to OIM (Offshore Installation Manager) and designated man
incharge of the Flowstation.
• Lead the Flowstation based team in optimal operation of all process
and utility plant and remote platforms, including well production
operations, crude processing plant, crude storage and gas delivery.
• Provide emergency, safety, Integrity Management and compliance
leadership for all activity carried out on the Flowstation.
• Work schedule 12 days in the field and 12 day off.

Requirements:
• Minimum BS degree or equivalent in engineering or oil and gas
related discipline is preferred but relevant past experience will be
taken into consideration.
• A Good command of both oral and written English.
• Proven analytical skill.
• Good computer literacy with MS Excel and MS Word.

3. Production Operator

Key responsibilities:
• Operate Wells/Plants consist of gas/crude delivery; gas/crude
process and handling.
• Perform regular well test and monitor gas/crude production.
• Monitor all units in representative area (generator, compressors,
pumps and utility equipment) to ensure they are running well.
• Work schedule 12 days in the field and 12 day off.

Requirements:
• Diploma Graduates with technical background or Senior High
School/STM with 5 year experiences in Oil and Gas Industry.
• Understand Process & Instrument Diagram, Process Flow Diagram and
Mechanical Drawing.
• Strong communication skill.
• Strong ability to work in a team /team player.
• Passive English language skills.
• Willing to work in frontier/remote areas.
• Good computer literacy with MS Excel and MS Word.

4. HSE Coach

Key responsibilities:
• Report to Java HSE Team Leader.
• Provide on time & accurate recommendations, advisory services,
coaching, professional guidance in achieving the Group HSSE
expectation, legal compliance & other requirement especially to the
line management in Java PU to accomplish the HSE goals.
• Be the HSE agent for HSE related issues in the line.
• Advise the line management to set and implement HSE Programs to meet
the BU/PU HSE objectives and targets.
• Built and maintain good communication with local HSE community,
MIGAS, BP MIGAS, statutory government bodies, and contractors
management to ensure that HSE programs are implemented through
negotiations, persuading and influencing.

Requirements:
• At minimum Bachelor degree in any engineering related with oil & gas
industry.
• Full understanding of HSE management system requirements, HSE
technical skills and specific regulatory.
• Demonstrated leadership, networking and influencing skills.
• Good communication in English (verbal and written).
