The jobs:
Analyzing technical aspects involved in the process & accordingly
implementing amendments in orgnization development.
Developing new process concepts for orgnization development, yield
improvement and develop guidelines for the sequencing of HRD activities
on the office (SOP).
Planned change and development of strategies, design component and
process that enable organisations to be effective.
Requirements :
Bachelor Degree (S1) from relevant field
Minimum two years has experience in same position
