We are looking for qualified person to fill the position as Executive
Secretary for Director
Qualifications :
a. Female, max 27 years old
b. Will have at least a Diploma III or equivalent from the school of
secretarial or administration
c. Having min 2 years of work experience in the administration or
secretarial work at the executive level
d. Mandarin and English speaking secretary
e. Mature, detail oriented
f. Good communication skills and ability to write a report in
English and Indonesian
g. Ability to work with standard computer programs (Microsoft
office)
