STRATEGIC MARKETING SPECIALIST (HR COSNSULTING)

We are a national Consulting firm with focusing in Recruitment and Manpower Supply Outsourcing services, is seeking highly caliber candidate to work in our head office in Jakarta as a Strategic Marketing Specialist for HR Consulting Services (Code MR-SMSHR).

The Scope Of Work :

To define strategic marketing plan to enhance The Company position in the HR Consulting industry, and to assist the sales team with strategies to introduce and promote the company services to the prospective clients.

The Qualifications :

. Degree (min S1) in any discipline
. At least 3-5 years working experience in Marketing Area
. Working experience in Recruitment/ Outsourcing Agency or HR Consulting Firm is valuable asset
. Strong organizational and management skills
. Strong problem solving, interpersonal and negotiation skills
. Good English communication skills (oral and written)
. Computer literate especially in MS Office
