PROGRAM MANAGER OF COMMUNITY HEALTH MOBILIZATION

RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Community mobilization with a focus on water, sanitation and MCH
· Community Based Organization( CBO) management, support and mentoring
· Program Management and Team Leadership skills
· Program design, implementation and monitoring

QUALIFICATIONS:
· At least a Bachelors Degree in Community Development or related field
· At least 5 years experience in a similar position with an INGO or Government Dept.
· Excellent communication skills in Indonesia and Javanese
· Good communication skills (written and oral) in English
· Excellent leadership and management skills (with at least 2 years as a supervisor)
· Experience with community participatory approaches to development
· Experience with community based behavior change and communication (BCC)

HEALTH OFFICER (WITH MONITORING & EVALUATION SPECIALIZATION)

RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Design, development and monitoring of a community-based health program targeting are areas indicated above.
· Development of a volunteer health promotion campaign
· Introduction of health promotion Behavior Change and Communication materials
· Design, development and implementation of monitoring and evaluation activities to monitor impact of project activities.
· Training and mentoring of community based organizations in M&E.
· Data analysis.

QUALIFICATIONS:
· At least S1 degree in Public Health or related field, preferably S2
· At least 2 years experience in a similar position with an INGO or Govt. Dept.
· Experience with design and implementation of high quality M&E
· Excellent communication skills in Indonesia and preferably Javanese
· Good communication skills (written and oral) in English
· Experience with community based surveys or research.

BEHAVIOR CHANGE & COMMUNICATION OFFICER (WITH SAFE WATER SPECIALIZATION)

RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Identification, training and development of community water monitors to maintain a community-based water testing program.
· Developing community BCC programs aimed at improving community recognition of community water quality and mechanisms for producing safe water for households.
· Coordination of a CARE team review and selection of appropriate BCC materials to be used by community level organizations and groups.
· Developing socialization and training programs for community adoption of BCC materials; monitoring application of materials and impact.

QUALIFICATIONS:
· At least S1 degree in Community Development or related field, preferably S2.
· At least 2 years experience in safe water programs at the community level with an INGO or Government Dept.
· At least 2 years experience in designing/implement ing community BCC programs.
· Excellent communication skills in Indonesia and Javanese
· Good communication skills (written and oral) in English
· Experience with community participatory approaches to development.
