HR Manager
Major Responsibilities:
- Industrial Relations (from Recruitment until Retirement)
- Training & Development (Including conduct internal training/ as trainer)
- Payroll, Tax and Insurance (employee).
- Compensation and Benefit
- Legal (monitoring and direction to labor Union)
- General Affairs
Key Requirements:
- Min. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
- Min. 5 years experience in Human Resources and managerial positions
- Have experience in working with manufacturing industries
- Good communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
- English communication in both oral and written is a must
