CNOOC SES, Ltd, an international company based in Jakarta is requiring
professional with international experiences to join the team.

1. DRILLING ENGINEER

The incumbent will be responsible for :
• Studies offset wells, wells design, and drilling procedure including
the drilling time lines for dedicated well.
• Proposes AFE estimation and advices drilling management to order
long lead equipment.
• Monitors drilling cost and timelines and submits cost reports as needed.
• Coordinates drilling designs and plans with other departments concerned.
• Prepares "post well" reports.
• Maintains all well files into public folder for information sharing
among engineers.

Job Specification :
University degree in Petroleum Engineering or other related
engineering field, at least 3 years of diversified petroleum industry
experience in drilling, completion and workover activities.

2. SUPERVISOR WORKOVER RIG

The incumbent will be responsible for :
• Ensures all operations onboard the work over rig is conducted in a
safe and environmentally sound manner as per our Company guidelines.
• Supervises completion and well intervention activities on rig, carry
on day-to-day operation. Represents and maintains Companies best
interest in the execution of all planned work onboard the work over rig.
• Reviews well plans prior to the job and make recommendations.
• Plans daily logistics of people and materials by boat and helicopter.
• Oversees the activities of all third party contractors on location.
• Assists in the operations training for new junior personnel

Job Specification :
University degree in Petroleum Engineering or other related
engineering field, at least 3 years of diversified petroleum industry
experience in drilling, completion and workover activities.

3. ESP ENGINEER

The incumbent will be responsible for :
• Performs a wide variety of engineering evaluation and studies to
ensure proper choice and sizing of ESP equipment.
• Coordinates with the new ESP contract suppliers to ensure adequate
inventories of ESP equipment are maintained to eliminate interruptions
of operations.
• Assists the Workover Operation and Business Units in ESP
installation and advice the same for recommended future installations,
changes or upgrades.
• Prepares technical guidelines for and participates in the evaluation
and recommendation of ESP service contracts.
• Prepares professional reports to management relating to area of
responsibility.
• Assists Head of Artificial Lift, Workover & Completion in all
matters relating to ESP Qperations.

Job Specification :
University degree in Petroleum Engineering or other related
Engineering field, minimum 3 years of diversified Petroleum Industry
and familiar with production engineering, production operation and
reservoir engineering. Must have a thorough knowledge of electrical
submersible pump engineering and operations.

4. ADMINISTRATOR COST CONTROL

The incumbent will be responsible for :
• Checks all incoming invoices for its supporting documents :
Job/Service Ticket, Delivery Ticket, signed by CNOOC representative
• Charges all incoming invoices into appropriate contract, cost center
orAFE number thru SO/SE or PR
• Prepares Contract Control Form (CCF) for each invoices Communicates
with Drilling or Workover Engineer for cost allocation into AFE number
• Compiles supporting data & prepare justification for audit findings.

Job Specification :
At least D3 degree in Technical or Administration. 2-5 years in
diversified industry experience, cost control experience background is
preferable. Knowledge in Service & Materials Procurement Process.

5. ADMINISTRATOR SAFETY

The incumbent will be responsible for :
• Updates and reviews Near Miss Database from Business Unit and Other
Department
• Updates and maintains Emergency Management Plan Contact List Document.
• Prepares Monthly Safety Activities to BP MIGAS and MIGAS.
• Prepares ARS (Assistance Requisition Sheet) to BPMIGAS.
• Maintain, control of QHSE documents as QHSE-MS leveling (Level 1 -
QHSEMS, Level 2 - General Procedure, Level 3 - SOP, Level 4 - Records).

Job Specification :
At least D3 in any discipline. At least 2 years experience in
administration, computer and SAP literacy, basic knowledge on Safety
procedures, and English. Good interpersonal skills, thinker, intuitive
and initiative.
