"Senior Engineering Manager (USA based Multinational Fast Moving
Consumer Goods Manufacturing Company)"
Principal Accountabilities:
* Manage the company’s engineering and maintenance activities in
the factory to ensure machine availability and meet product supply
objectives by conducting preventive and predictive maintenance as per
scheduled in order to ensure machine’s part availability. Ensure all
production equipment is safe according to health and safety standard.
* Mentor and train technical resources in conformance with standard
operating procedures, project management skills, technical knowledge
transfer and best practices as well as design and trouble shooting
skills.
* Coordinate technical expertise improvement through technical
training program, coaching, and coordination of outside resources.
* Develop / administer technical strategy of the mill by preventive
maintenance, asset standardization, and center-lining. Capital project
administration. Capital budget development and administration. Develop
mill technical standards. Asset Management (store process, preventive
maintenance, KPI’s). Assessment and qualification of technical
contractors and suppliers.
Requirements & profile of successful candidates:
* Indonesian, Male, 37 - 42, Master Degree (S-2) in Business or at
least S-1 Degree in Mechanical Engineering. 12-15 years working
experience in USA / European Multinational fast moving consumer goods or
modern high-technology cigarettes manufacturing company.
* Currently is holding Senior Engineering Manager’s position
(Engineering Division Head). Deep and hands-on MNC experience in all
aspects of engineering and technical preventive and predictive
maintenance with FMCG/ modern high-technology cigarettes manufacturing
company.
* Hands-on with strong leadership skills. Able to work independently
and model the desired behavior of a technical leader in a world class
manufacturing site.
* Credible, experienced in a global or multinational corporate
environment and experienced in technical systems.
* Must be able to coach and mentor mill team members. A good team
player, able to provide direction to the technical team that is in
alignment with the mill vision. Leadership by example.
* Fluency in English both oral and written is essential.
