URGENTLY NEEDED
 
Account Manager   Multinational Application Service Provider (AD-AM)
 
Responsibilities:
*    Able to manage client at the Operations level as well as Vice
President level
*    Lead the local practice of account servicing for appropriate
relationships management related to project completion, etc.
*    Work with overseas sales managers to approach, interact and sell to
local accounts
*    Manage day-to-day administrative and technical support issues;
essential in being organized and attentive to follow up on outstanding issues
raised by and discussed with the clients
*    Able to perform account planning with Sales Managers to facilitate
recurring sales to the account
*    Establish close relationships with the customer organizations and
procurement departments
*    Monitor, track, and report regularly on account progress to the
headquarter s Vice President of Sales and work with Country Director
Requirements:
*    University graduates with Account Servicing / Sales experience over 5
years in Telecommunication industry, preferably worked in telecom
vendors
*    Understand the business environment of any one or more of the
following areas: Value Added Services for Mobile Communications, Mobile
content provider services, General Telecom / IT / online systems
*    Excellent communications skills and experience working with overseas
colleagues (or in foreign companies in Indonesia)
*    Good English and fluent in Bahasa is a must
*    Good people skill and maturity
