HR Manager

Job Responsibility :
The successful candidate will be involved in the full spectrum of HRM activities, which includes recruitment, manpower planning, performance management, employee welfare, learning and development.

Requirement :
· Male or female, aged of more than 30 years, with experience in recruiting technical people.
· Having 5 years working experiences, preferably with 3 years in IT business.
· Solid knowledge in recruitment system, selection tools, and sourcing method is a must.
· Exposure in conducting and managing assessment center.
· Willing to work under pressure.
· Possess strong leadership.
· Good interpersonal and people skill.

General Requirement :
· Hold minimum Bachelor Degree, majoring in Psychology from reputable university will be an advantage.
· Good verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills in both Indonesian and English would be an advantage.

QA Staff

Job Responsibility :
· To test application running on PC, mobile devices or embedded machine.
· Creating document test plan, test guide, help and user guide needed to perform the application development.
· Creating the report of the testing result included recommendation if necessary.
Requirement :
· Able to learn fast of in-house developed application.
· Has knowledge in Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
· Good analytical thinking and problem solving skill.
· Strong interpersonal skills verbal and written communication skills in both Indonesian and English.
· Possess strong analytical skill, ability to quickly adapt with a new and unique environment.
General Requirement :
· Minimum diploma majoring in Information Systems, Computer Science.
· Should have minimum 1 years work experience as application QA or System Analyst (talented graduate are also welcome).

C++ Developer
Job Responsibility :
· Conduct programming and documentation so that the code is effective, reusable, and readable.
· Take ownership with respect to the quality of the work, i.e. well-tested codes, technical documentation, efficiency of the code, and on time project execution.
· Develop applications in accordance with System Development Lifecycle.
Requirement :
· Experience at least 1 year but talented fresh graduated are also welcome
· Have a good Object Oriented Programming concept.
· Having knowledge and experience on using C++ on Microsoft product is a must.
· Knowledge on Borland C++ Builder or Microsoft Visual C++ is a plus
· Have a good analytical and logic thinking.
· Self-driven, able to work independently, and as team player.
· Possess positive work attitude, proactive, and initiative.

Java Developer
Job Responsibility :

· Have a good Object Oriented Programming concept.
· Having knowledge and experience on using Java on Linux environment is a plus.
· Have a good analytical and logic thinking.
· Self-driven, able to work independently, and as team player.
· Possess positive work attitude, proactive, and initiative.
General Requirement :
· Minimum Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science.
